Why a subject is, or is not, publishable under the posterior.

A StrEnum so the reason serialises to a plain string in the audit trail. The anchored family’s reasons do not apply here: the two families weigh different inputs and refuse for different causes.

Attributes

PUBLISHABLE		Nothing disqualified the subject.
MISSING_INPUT		No previous actual, or no consensus value.
INSUFFICIENT_HISTORY		Too few realised growth observations for a prior.
NO_CONSENSUS_PRECISION		No route yields a consensus precision.
MISSING_PREDICTION		include_model is on and the model value is absent.
NONFINITE_RESULT		Finite inputs overflowed during posterior arithmetic.
